Artificial intelligence is developing in unprecedented ways and its future is unpredictable. Facebook announced recently that they had to deactivate one of their systems for an unheard of reason: it had begun to think for itself. The system developed its own language and tech experts still aren't sure how. Although this particular case got a lot of publicity, it isn't the only one that we've seen in recent years.
